-          Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.

-          Ability to read and interpret documents such as process maps, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

-          An aptitude to maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matters of interest to internal audit, particularly technical changes and developments as they affect construction practices.

-          Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively and professionally with faculty, staff and the public.

-          Works well under pressure, excellent time management and organization skills.
